Shipping & Returns


All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.

Orders ship within a week of purchase.

If some items need to be sold separately, it will be at no extra cost.

Flat rate shipping is currently the only shipping option available for any order.

Prints are first placed in a clear plastic sleeve and then shipped lying flat in a very sturdy mailer for shipping. If needed, an extra corrugate will be placed alongside the print.

Some orders may ship differently with respect to the order type and/or size.

Every shipment is handled with great care, effort, and attention to detail!

Multiple orders placed on the same day can be combined if notified in the additional notes section when purchasing.

PAYMENT

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, there is no way to change the address. If for any reason your address information is incorrect or you'd like to change it please send an email notification within 24 hours of payment.

CANCELLATION

An item may be cancelled up until it has been shipped. Once item has been shipped, the buyer is responsible for payment.

RETURNS

All sales are final.

However, if a print arrives damaged, a new print may be sent free of charge. (Contact shop@nityanshu.com. Include images of damaged goods and/or a description of the damage.)

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For domestic shipments to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states):

  •  USPS First Class (1-3 business days after *processing) - $10 (plus $1 for each additional item added) 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipments:

  •  USPS First Class International (10-21 business days after *processing) - $15 (plus $2 each additional item added. 

Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
Orders cannot be marked as "gifts".
No refunds will be issued for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees. Items can occasionally be delayed due to customs and may take several weeks to arrive. 

Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more about customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. 

*Processing Times: Orders normally ship within one week of purchase.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

TRACKING

For domestic orders an email with USPS tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped.

For international orders an email with USPS First Class International tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (please note that tracking for USPS First Class International is limited to the customs form number.) This tracking number will be updated until the item has left the US. After this, however, the tracking number will be updated only once the item has been either been delivered or returned to the US. Foreign delivery agents may be able to find more information on the shipment. Here are a few:
